Only one female doctor at the whole practice! Booked appointment a month ago with Dr Fiona Harding to ensure I had a female doctor only to walk into a locum male doctor. I was told I was the one who had made the mistake and after I looked into my appointment and said I had booked with Dr Fiona Harding I was told she was at a different surgery and given a lame half apology. Disappointed...

Terrible surgery - I have now moved doctors. One doctors in particular was poor - didn't listen, but rather spent time looking at his phone. prescribed wrong medication at least twice. Once I was forgotten about - even though I had checked in with a receptionist and was sat in front of them for an hour!

i have always appreciated the time that was offered by the doctor, though i know they are always very busy and rushed i have never felt that my consultation was expediated. On the minus side hard to get through the phone lines and get an appointment but that is for most surgeries in this area.
